In the past, Swiss voile was a popular fabric for the kebaya blouse, which is paired with a batik sarong. We’ve decided to combine the elements of this whole outfit into one kebaya top. We are pairing real (i.e expensive!) Swiss voile with a Javanese-style batik. We like the outcome, and hope you do too. Why not add a Nanyang flavour to your CNY this year?

Fit Suggestion:

This should be snug around the chest, so we suggest picking a size has around 1.5” allowance across your chest.
Please also check and make sure that you are happy with the shoulder width too.

Fabric:

Swiss voile: 100% cotton. Sheer, crisp and light weight.
Javanese-style African batik: 100% cotton. Machine printed, gold glitter ink used to highlight some details. Light weight.
Will shrink ~3% after washing.

Care Instructions:

Hand wash.
Iron at “Cotton” setting. Place a protective piece of cloth over the parts with gold ink when ironing.
