SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Pre-Order Items

To better match demand and supply, Pre-Order items are made-to-order and takes longer to ship. Thanks for your understanding.
If your order includes Pre-Order items, the whole order will be consolidated and shipped together only when the Pre-Order items are ready, according to the delivery date (whichever is later) stated on the product page
If you wish to pay for In-Stock items to be shipped first separately, just let us know by replying to your order confirmation email to shop@tongtong.sg.

In-Stock Items

Orders are consolidated and shipped out twice a week every Monday and Thursday.
Orders placed by 12pm on shipment day (Monday/Thursday) will be shipped on that day. Otherwise, it will be shipped out on the next shipment day. For example:

An order placed at or before 12pm on Monday will be packed and shipped out on Monday.
An order placed at 12:01 pm or later on Monday will be packed and shipped out on the following shipment day (Thursday).

General Info

We currently only ship within Singapore. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping and handling charges vary, and will be calculated based on a combination of the number of items that can fit in standard SingPost SmartPac packaging and total weight.
Shipping and handling charges will be displayed when you checkout your shopping cart.
Orders are shipped by SingPost

When your order is fulfilled, a package number will be provided, which can be tracked at https://www.singpost.com/track-items or the SingPost mobile app.

Please allow 12-24 hrs for the package number to enter SingPost's tracking system before checking your package's delivery status.
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery.
